The Perfect Protein Pancake
Serves: Makes 4 Large Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein - Vanilla
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Garden of Life Raw Virgin Coconut Oil
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat griddle or pan to medium heat, adding 1 tbsp of coconut oil to coat the surface.
- Measure out 1/4 of the batter to make 1 pancake, pouring it onto the griddle (if you have enough space, you could cook all 4 at once!). Flip after ~3 minutes and then let cook for another 2 minutes.
- Top with chopped nuts, butter, blueberries, strawberries, coconut flakes - whatever your heart desires!
