Beetroot Smoothie with Plant Iron

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend on low speed, slowly increasing until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass (or your favourite mason jar!) and optionally swirl in unsweetened coconut yogurt for added gut-health benefits.
