No-Bake Fit MCT Cake Balls

Serves: 16



  1. Place all ingredients except the coconut flakes into a bowl and mix well (Coconut oil should be at room temperature)
  2. Place batter into the freezer for 20 min
  3. After the batter is set, roll tablespoon-sized cake balls
  4. Coat balls with coconut flakes
  5. Store cake balls in the fridge for up to 3 weeks
*You want to serve balls cold, they will become soft if left out at room temperature too long
