- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Perfect Food Chocolate
- 2 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons Garden of Life Raw Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Blend oats, cocoa powder and Perfect Food Chocolate in a food processor.
- Add dates, almond butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract, blending for 3 minutes while stopping the machine to scrap the edges until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Roll into tablespoon size balls (makes around 12 bites) and enjoy right away or store in the freezer for up to 1 week.
