Summer Recovery Smoothie
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 handful of fresh or frozen spinach
- 1 inch of fresh ginger root
- 1-2 tbsp shredded coconut
- Handful of ice
- 1 scoop SPORT Plant-Based Protein in Vanilla
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Add more ice or almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy after your next workout!
