Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 cup strongly brewed coffee
  • 8 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 scoops Garden of Life's Dr. Formulated Organic MCT Powder
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp sweetener of choice (or to taste)
  • Coconut whipped cream (if desired)

Directions:

  1. Over low heat, stir together unsweetened cashew milk, pumpkin puree, Garden of Life MCT Powder, sweetener of choice, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract until hot - do not boil!
  2. Pour into two cups and stir in brewed coffee.
  3. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin spice + enjoy!
