Golden White Chocolate Truffles

INGREDIENTS:

(makes 24 truffles)

+ powdered sugar (to roll in)

DIRECTIONS:

In a saucepan, add orange zest, juice, Golden Milk powder, collagen and coconut oil. Heat over medium-high heat until the oil melts completely, whisking until the mixture is fully incorporated, fragrant and bubbling.

In the meantime, add the white chocolate chips to a separate mixing bowl.

Once the mixture reaches a boil, strain the golden mixture over the chocolate chips and allow the chips to melt. Whisk the chocolate and liquids together until smooth. Cover the bowl and allow the mixture to cool in the freezer for about an hour or until the mixture has thickened and is pliable.

Use a teaspoon to scoop the mixture into balls. Lightly coat your hands with the powdered sugar and roll the balls into a round shape before rolling them in the powdered sugar. Freeze your truffles until ready to enjoy.
