(makes 1-2 servings)
1 cup, Spinach, raw, fresh
1 cup, Coconut Water
1 tbsp, Lime juice
1 cup, Frozen Pineapple
1 scoop Garden of Life Protein & Greens (Vanilla)
2 tbsp(s), Fresh Ginger, Chopped
1 fruit, Kiwi
2 tbsp(s), Coconut Cream
Start by adding spinach, coconut water and lime juice to a blender and pulse until it looks like green juice.
From there, add the frozen pineapple, a scoop of Garden of Life’s Protein & Greens, fresh chopped ginger, kiwi and coconut cream and blend until smooth.
Pour into one or two glasses, garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy immediately.
