Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes
INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of rolled oats

1 banana
-
2 eggs

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt
-
1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp of flax seeds

2 scoops of Garden of Life SPORT Certified Grass Fed Whey Vanilla

1/4 cup chocolate chips (or chunks)
DIRECTIONS

Throw all the ingredients into a bullet blender and pulse (except the chocolate chips!) until fully combined.

Once the ingredients are blended together, heat up a non-stick skillet or cast-iron pan over medium heat or medium-low with a little bit of oil (coconut oil/olive oil).

Pour out the batter in two even circles, about 4 inches in diameter. The batter should provide about four pancakes per serving.

Once the batter is poured, place the chocolate chips in the center of each pancake.

Once it starts to bubble at the top and you can see it’s cooked at the sides - you can flip each pancake and cook the other side.

After about a minute, go ahead and place your pancakes on a plate. Repeat for the remaining batter.
