Chocolate Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bark
Serves 12
INGREDIENTS:
[for the bark]
- 3 cups of your favourite yogurt (0% plain greek yogurt is great!)
- 4 Tbsp maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp organic cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein in Chocolate
- 1-2 scoops Garden of Life Raw Organic Perfect Food in Chocolate
[toppings]
- 2 Tbsp melted peanut butter (crunchy is awesome!)
- 4 Tbsp chocolate chunks or chips
- 10 pecans, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together all yogurt bark ingredients until combined. Then, pour out onto a silicone baking mat or parchment-lined baking tray.
Add your toppings as desired. (Have fun with it!)
Freeze for at least 3 hours before breaking into chunks and either placing into a storage container or enjoying immediately!
