Birthday Cake Chia Pudding
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 scoops Garden of Life All-in-One Nutritional Shake Vanilla
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- sugar-free sprinkles (optional)
Directions:
- Blend everything except sprinkles in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to 2 jars, mix in and top with sprinkles if desired.
- Allow to set in the fridge for at least 30 mins or overnight.
- Enjoy and celebrate (even if it's not your birthday)!
