Cardamom Pear Chia Pudding

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 ripe pear (chopped)
  • ¼ cup pecans (chopped)
  • 2 cups unsweetened oat milk (or nut milk of choice)
  • ¼ - ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoons orange zest
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla powder (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Protein & Greens - Vanilla

Directions:

  1. Stir together chia seeds with 2 cups unsweetened oat milk or milk of choice. Let sit for 20 minutes. Stir after 10-15 minutes to avoid chia settling on the bottom.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
  3. Enjoy!
