Cantaloupe & Greens Smoothie
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients:
- ½ small ripe cantaloupe
- ½ cup coconut water or plain water
- ½ bunch of parsley (Curly parsley or Italian parsley - both work well)
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Perfect Food Original
Directions:
- Remove seeds and rind from cantaloupe.
- Cut the cantaloupe into chunks and add to your blender.
- Add coconut water or plain water, 1 scoop Perfect Food Original and parsley.
- Blend until smooth and enjoy.
