- 1 oz espresso
- ½ cup nut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (you can also use honey, agave, or similar)
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Grass Fed Collagen Peptides
- Ice, as desired
In a small pitcher, combine nut milk, vanilla, maple syrup and collagen peptides. Use an electric hand blender to fully combine, making sure to add enough air into the mixture so that it doubles in size.
Add ice to a tall glass, then pour in espresso shot. Top with vanilla cold foam mixture.
