Chocolate Fudge Frozen Yogurt Pops

INGREDIENTS

FILLING:

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop AIO protein
  • 3 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips

TOPPING:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all filling ingredients (except chocolate chips) until smooth and batter-like. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
  2. Spoon mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming 5 round discs. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each disc. Freeze for 1 hour.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip frozen pops into melted chocolate, then return to freezer for a few more hours.
  4. When ready to enjoy, let fudge pops thaw for 20 minutes for that perfect fudgy texture!
