Refreshing Green Juice

INGREDIENTS:

TOOLS:

  • Cheesecloth
  • Large liquid measuring cup
  • Small bottles or glasses (for storing!)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Thoroughly wash and chop all produce before adding to a blender.
  2. Pour in freshly squeezed lemon juice. Then, blend everything on high for about 1 full minute or until the mixture has started to break all the fibrous veggies down.
  3. Stop the blender and add 2 scoops of Garden Of Life Raw Organic Perfect Food in Original and the water
  4. Blend on high until everything is fully liquified
  5. Place a cheesecloth over a large measuring cup and, in small batches, carefully pour out the contents of the blender, squeezing out all liquid from the pulp and into the measuring cup. Pour out the liquid into bottles and repeat this process for the remainder of the blended mixture.
  6. Refrigerate green juice for up to 5 days and enjoy your daily dose of immunity!
