Raw Cranberry Sauce
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 cups raw cranberries
- ½ cup organic cane sugar
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup mandarin oranges
- ¼ cup mint leaves - torn
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 1 Tablespoon ginger root
- 1 Tablespoon orange zest
Directions:
- Place cranberries, sugar, ginger and orange juice in a food processor and process until well combined.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
