Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 scoops Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein - Unflavored
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 tbsp. pure maple syrup
1.5 cups almond milk
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
Toppings for that extra dash of yum:
Whipped cream
Cinnamon/cinnamon sticks
Crushed pecans
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all these goodies in a bowl until they’re one happy family.
2. Cover it up and let the magic happen in the refrigerator overnight. (Psst, you can also divvy them up into cute jars if that’s your jam!)
3. When it’s fully set, scoop it into your favourite bowl, and top it with whipped cream, chopped pecans, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
