Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats⁠
2 scoops Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein⁠ - Unflavored
3/4 cup pumpkin puree⁠
1 Tbsp. chia seeds⁠
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice⁠
3 tbsp. pure maple syrup⁠
1.5 cups almond milk⁠
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract⁠
1 tsp salt⁠

Toppings for that extra dash of yum:⁠

Whipped cream⁠
Cinnamon/cinnamon sticks⁠
Crushed pecans⁠

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all these goodies in a bowl until they’re one happy family.⁠
2. Cover it up and let the magic happen in the refrigerator overnight. (Psst, you can also divvy them up into cute jars if that’s your jam!)⁠
3. When it’s fully set, scoop it into your favourite bowl, and top it with whipped cream, chopped pecans, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. 
4. Dive in and savour the taste of fall perfection!⁠
