Magnesium + Probiotic Popsicles

Serves: 6-8


  • Popsicle moulds (recipe can accommodate 6 medium or 8 small popsicles)
  • Bowl
  • Whisk
  1. Add Water, Probiotic and Magnesium to a bowl. 
  2. Whisk gently until the magnesium effervescence settles. Whisk until liquid is smooth and has no clumps. 
  3. Pour into moulds leaving a small space at the top. Freeze for 6+ hours
