Magnesium + Probiotic Popsicles
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water
- ½ tsp blue spirulina (optional, for colour)
- 1 scoop Dr. Formulated Whole Food Magnesium - Raspberry Lemon
- 1 capsule Dr. Formulated Probiotic (any kind)
- Popsicle moulds (recipe can accommodate 6 medium or 8 small popsicles)
- Bowl
- Whisk
- Add Water, Probiotic and Magnesium to a bowl.
- Whisk gently until the magnesium effervescence settles. Whisk until liquid is smooth and has no clumps.
- Pour into moulds leaving a small space at the top. Freeze for 6+ hours
