Coconut + MCT Energy Balls
Serves:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup coconut shreds
- ½ can coconut milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp Garden of Life Organic MCT Oil
- Cacao powder (optional)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse blend until a fine texture.
- Hand roll batter into balls.
- You can roll the balls in Cacao powder for an extra flavour profile.
- Place into fridge for 4 hours and store in fridge after.
