DIY Coconut Yogurt with Probiotics

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 2 capsules Dr. Formulated Probiotics (any kind)
  • 2 cans coconut milk (use full fat coconut milk not light)
  • 1½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional to make it vanilla flavor)

Directions:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients then place in a glass jar.
  2. Cover the jar with a mesh cloth and store in a warm, dark place for 24-48 hours.
  3. Mix yogurt before eating, and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
