Cinnamon Blues Smoothie
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut water or unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein - Vanilla
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1½ cups frozen banana chunks
- 1 Tablespoon honey (optional)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
