Servings: 2

Ingredients

Base:

Toppings:

  • 1 cup pitted black cherries, roughly chopped

  • Crushed graham crackers

  • Whipped topping

Directions

  1. Prepare the Base:
In a blender or food processor, combine ground oats, cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, and salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  2. Adjust Consistency:
If the mixture is too thick for your liking, add a little more almond milk until the desired consistency is reached. (Keep in mind, the consistency will thicken overnight!)

  3. Refrigerate:
Pour the blended mixture into a storage container. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the base to thicken.

  4. Assemble the Cups:
In the morning (or once set), layer the thickened chocolate cheesecake base with chopped cherries, a dollop of whipped topping, and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers in serving cups or bowls.

  5. Enjoy:
Dig in and enjoy a delicious, protein-packed treat that tastes like dessert but fuels your body!
