Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of hot water
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 scoops of your favourite Garden of Life Collagen Peptides
- 1 tsp. maca powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Transfer to airtight containers (for storing) or to individual bowls/glasses.
- Refrigerate for up to 8 hours before consuming to allow for the chia seeds to thicken. (Note: this is great to make the night before for an easy breakfast!)
- Serve as is or topped with berries or granola.
