Avocado Collagen Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop and steam zucchini (with skin on) for about 6 min or until soft. Let cool and squeeze out excess water
  2. Toss all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth
  3. Voila, you have a delicious dip to enjoy with your favourite crackers or however you choose!

Note:

Also works great as a spread for a sandwich or as a dip with chips!
