Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products, refrigerated products, items marked as non-refundable/final sale or on promotion or expired products.

If your order is received damaged please save the product, the original box and the packing it arrived in and complete the Return Request form, or contact us here.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final sale. If there is an issue with the products you received, please complete the Return Request Form within 30 days of the purchase date, or contact us here. Only authorized returns will be accepted. 

For any accepted returns, a processing fee of $8.99 may apply.

All refunds will be provided to the original method of purchase within 7-10 business days from the return being received and inspected at our warehouse.

Products purchased from another website/store must be taken back to the original website/store you purchased from.
