Vanilla Chai Loaf
Serves: 1 loaf
Ingredient:
- 2 ½ cups gluten-free flour
- 1 scoop Garden of Life All-in-One Nutritional Shake Vanilla Chai
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 3 Tablespoons Garden of Life Coconut Oil - melted
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together the dry ingredients (first 6 ingredients) and set aside.
- Using an electric mixer, mix together the egg, maple syrup and coconut oil.
- Alternate mixing in the almond milk and the flour into the wet ingredients until everything is well combined.
- Spread batter into a greased 9x5 baking loaf pan.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top then bake for 45 minutes.
