Turmeric Truffles

Ingredients
Truffle Ingredients:

1 cup cashew butter

½ cup almond flour
-
¼ cup maple syrup

2 Tbsp. Garden of Life Raw Virgin Coconut Oil, room temperature

1 Tbsp. Garden of Life mykind Organics Turmeric Booster Powder

1 tsp. cinnamon
-
¼ tsp. sea salt
Chocolate Dip:

1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Preparation

Place the first 7 ingredients (truffle ingredients) into a food processor using the “s” blade and process until smooth and well combined.

Place batter into the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to set, then roll truffles (about ½ Tbsp.) and set onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and freeze for about 20 minutes.

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double broiler then dip each truffle into the chocolate and coat it.

Freeze coated truffles for about 30 minutes to let set before serving.

Store truffles in freezer for up to one month.
