Turmeric Collagen Mango Granola
Serves: 8
Use Organic:
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
- 1 ½ cups pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 cup dried mango cut into small chunks
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Multi-Sourced Collagen Turmeric
- ¼ cup Garden of Life Raw Virgin Coconut Oil melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except the dried mango chunks, then spread onto a large cookie sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, let cool then toss in dried mango pieces.
