Sour Blue Raspberry Magnesium Gummies
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 2 tsp Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Whole Food Magnesium - Raspberry Lemon
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/8 tsp blue spirulina for colour (optional)
- 1 1/2 tbsp grass-fed gelatin (or agar for vegan option)
Directions:
- Combine 1/4 cup water, lemon juice and spirulina in a small bowl. Mix in gelatin and let sit for 5 minutes
- Add the remaining 1/4 cup of water to a small saucepan on low-medium heat and add gelatin mixture in, whisking until well combined with no lumps left
- Remove from heat and transfer mixture to silicone gummy molds
- Transfer molds to the fridge or at least 30 minutes to set.
- Pop gummies out and enjoy!
