Rosemary Pomegranate Holiday Mocktail

Serves: 2



  1. Remove 1 Tbsp. of rosemary leaves from one sprig of rosemary.
  2. Place the ½ cup of water, rosemary leaves, 2 Tbsp. of the pomegranate seeds, the lime and the collagen peptides in a tumbler and muddle them together making sure to get the juice out of the lime.
  3. Add ice to the tumbler until it is almost full, then cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  4. Fill two glasses with ice, pour equal amounts of the mocktail into each glass, then top it off with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish each glass with one rosemary sprig and pomegranate seeds.
