Maca Hot Chocolate

Makes 2 servings.

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

Place cashew milk in a small saucepan or milk pot heated over medium heat and bring to a rolling boil.

While the milk is reaching a boil, whisk in cocoa powder, maca powder, maple syrup and dark chocolate. Once the chocolate has melted and everything is fully combined, you can either use a handheld frother to add more air into the mixture, making it nice and foamy, or simply use your whisk.

Once the mixture reaches a boil, turn off the heat and pour into two separate mugs. Allow hot chocolate a few minutes to cool before enjoying immediately.
