Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened almond milk - heated until warm

½ cup cashews

5 Medjool dates pitted

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

Soak cashews and dates in water for about 20 minutes, then rinse and drain.

Heat almond milk until it is warm (or hot depending on how you like it).

Then place everything in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Option: top with vegan whipped cream and a few dashes of cinnamon.
